Dumb questions are cheaper to fix than dumb mistakes.
All we are really asking is that you look after our stuff while you are renting it.
What you hire is what you need to return to us within the allocated time.
Please try to make sure the stuff is clean for the next user.
We know stuff happens, but just be aware that if you break or loose something, you might be asked to pay for it to be replaced or fixed.
We don’t want to put any stress on our clients, but If you don’t think you can afford to cover any losses or damage, then maybe think twice before you hire.
Before you hire, remember that we will have all of your contact details and our site has 24hr 4k video surveillance.
So, if you steal our stuff, we know who you are and we will report you to the police.
And just to cover your butt and ours, you really should read the legal terms of hire anyway.
You can change your booking time up to 24hrs prior to your scheduled booking without penalty dependent upon craft availability, BUT conditions apply.
Full refund if we cancel the booking due to unsafe conditions.
10% of booking fee charged if you cancel more than 24 hours before the booking time.
